We can be reached during the hours of 10am to 6pm Tuesday through Friday. Appointments must be made for any access to property. Our phone number is 817.964.4073. Venue is closed on Sunday & Monday.

All Vendors are allowed that are licensed and insured and willing to sign La Bella Luna’s Vendor Guidelines agreement.

Yes, you can. All alcohol must be brought in and stored at the same time. We provide an 8’ by 10’
walk-in cooler to ensure items requiring refrigeration are refrigerated.
Client must hire and have an agreement with the TABC certified bartenders, A Spirit to Serve. Venue requires all alcoholic beverages to be served by our exclusive bartending service, A Spirit to Serve.
Bartenders run $40 per hour per bartender per 80 guests in attendance.
Security must also be present 30 minutes prior and after alcohol is served. Security will be scheduled by the Venue and paid for by Client.

We do have a Preferred Caterer list which is also available on the website.
You are welcome to hire a caterer outside our preferred list provided they are a professional caterer and are licensed and insured. Caterers must also agree to our La Bella Luna Vendor Guidelines.
If doing a Buffet and for the best experience, we recommend caterers to do a double line if there are more than 120 attendees at reception. Caterers must serve food on the buffet line (NO self-serve).
For the best guest experience, all Caterers must bus tables and discard garbage from table bussing.

Pets are allowed during the ceremony only and must be kept outdoors. Due to people suffering from pet allergies. All pet waste must also be picked up immediately and discarded in outdoor dumpster.

We do require a professional wedding coordinator. Coordinator must be certified.
La Bella Luna is not responsible for coordinator duties.
La Bella Luna does have recommendations for a day of coordinator for between $800 to $1000.

You can add hours to the arrival time for $400 an hour. We do not allow additional hours after midnight.
